The villa is in an ideal situation being close to the old fishing village of Moraira and with beaches, supermarket/shops, golf, bars and restaurants nearby. The spacious villa has been totally refurbished with new kitchen and bathrooms and is furnished to a high standard sleeping 10 people (plus cots) comfortably. There are five bedrooms (all with aircon), two doubles, one with en-suite bathroom and one with en-suite shower room, also three twin bedrooms plus family bathroom with shower facilities and a separate shower room and separate wc downstairs. The large kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer fan assisted oven. This extremely well equipped villa benefits from central heating for winter lets. Long lets welcome price negotiable. The house is on a very large plot in one of the most prestigious areas of Moraira and with a well stocked, mature garden including orange, lemon and palm trees. There is ample terracing around the large private pool and BBQ area.

We had the time of our life ...

Hi, Jan and I would love to let you know that we had the time of our life in Villa Dyroff! We arrived around 12 noon to find the house spic and span so we could move in straight away. The kids were in th swimmingpool as from the moment they woke up every morning, the spacious house , the well equiped kitchen, the outdoor kitchen with bbq, beautiful Moraira and its lovely beach, it was all fantastic in one word!! We hope to come back to the villa one day, we will surely recommend the place to family and friends! Would you also thank the caretakers  for us who kindly allowed us to stay a few hours longer so that we could put the little ones to bed for an  afternoon nap before we left for the airport late afternoon. On behalf of the entire Rosier family many thanks!
