Overview

Superb apartment for a beach holiday with everything close to hand. Great if you dont want to hire a car. Only two mins walk to Denia's most beautiful sandy beach (Las Marinas), this light and very comfortable apartment sleeps 4 plus 1 on foldaway bed (converts to seat) in lounge and offers lounge air conditioning (hot and cold), Wifi internet, fans, satellite TV (large flat screen TV), balcony (accessed from lounge) with patio furniture and electricity point. Superb swimming pool surrounded by garden and terrace areas. Lots of space for sun beds with separate toddler pool also.

The large swimming pool has showers/ toilet / changing rooms - plus separate toddlers pool, set in gardens with plenty of space for sunbathing.

Only two minute gentle stroll to superb sandy beach with foot showers and WC's in high season (Las Marinas). Equally short walk to bars, restaurants, supermarket and shops and is only 20 minute walk along beach to the centre of Denia (or easy 3 min. bus ride). Quiet, convenient location. Close to all amenities. One hour from either Alicante or Valencia airports. Great if you'd rather not hire a car.

Sometimes its hard to "differentiate" amongst all the various holiday-rental apartments available on the internet. With this one it isnt. This is certainly one of the more attractive. Very Peaceful yet so near to Denia's most attractive beach.  Lovely setting with beautiful gardens and pool. We think you'll like it...

The nearby beaches are some of the best in Spain   - large expanses of soft sand and good facilities.

Apartment overlooks beautiful pool (with separate toddler pool) and gardens - the apartment is set around beautiful and very spacious grounds plenty sunbathing and shaded areas and of course, your own balcony (accessed from lounge)

Both bedrooms now feature anti-mosquito screens as part of the windows. The floor to ceiling window slides open (like a french door) although there is no balcony - just a small space (too small to step out onto) and then a protective glass panel and rail.

Dénia - background

Dénia is a delightful, cosmopolitan town, rich in history and culture. With superb family friendly beaches and great restaurants / shops. A popular destination for people from all over Spain and Europe, Dénia is still a working town with an active fishing fleet, daily ferry services to the Balearic islands and many Spanish businesses. The people of Dénia are warm and friendly, they are proud of their beautiful town, heritage and culture. The Spanish people are happy to share with everyone their many colourful fiestas and festivals with music, food & fireworks. The town's focal point is the 16th century castle, which dominates the town from a height of 58m. Relaxed shopping in Dénia expands into narrow cobbled lanes from the main paseo, Calle Marques de Campo. This is a wonderful place to sit and relax in the many cafes which occupy this truly mediterranean tree lined avenue. As well as offering the high street essentials, there are some exquisite boutiques and gift shops. A multitude of restaurants offer the best of regional and international cuisine.

Dénia, climate and beaches

The region has a special Mediterranean climate. Dénia is recognised by the WHO as having one of healthiest climates in the world with an average 2500 hours of sunshine each year, sea temperatures ranging from 13°C minimum in winter to 26°C in summer, and air temperatures ranging from 15°C in winter to 32°C in summer. This makes Dénia an ideal location for year round holidays. Dénia boasts EU blue flag beaches e.g. Las Marinas. These long sandy beaches, ideal for adults and children alike, run for at least 20 kilometres to the north. As well as children's beach playgrounds, every water activity is provided for in this area. There is also the beautiful Marineta Cassiana beach, a smaller sandy bay to one side of which Dénia's newest marina has been built. South from here lie the rocky coves of Las Rotas (with SUPERB restaurants) & the protected marine area of Cabo de San Antonio...

Dénia, a golfer's paradise.

Lovers of golf are really in for a treat, the area has a growing number of challenging golf courses all within easy access of Dénia. Local golf courses include: Club de Golf Dénia La Sella - 18 holes PGA venue (6 kilometres), Club de Golf Oliva Nova - 18 holes (12 kilometres), Club de Golf Javea - 9 holes (20 kilometres), Club de Golf Ifach - 9 holes (25 kilometres). The Jose Maria Olazabal designed Dénia La Sella Golf club is 15 minutes drive inland. This beautifully scenic course set in the foothills of the Montgo mountain with sea views is 18 holes, par 72 and 6,029 yards. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, spa, club bar and restaurant. Within 20 minutes drive north along the coastal road is the Oliva Nova Golf Course, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course is 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 yards. The club has a driving range, restaurant, pool and fitness centre. Towards Valencia (under 1 hour by car) is the world-class El Saler.....

"A superb holiday- the description was spot on - everything on your website was 100% accurate giving true reflection of the location, accomodation etc. All great and exactly as promised. The property was safe, spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The area was superb and beach was great. (so close). We dont normally go back to the same place twice ...but it was such a great, safe place for the kids and lots to explore around...we are thinking of booking for next year"
