Layout
On arrival cars may be parked in the driveway or in the garage. The driveway accommodates two mid size cars and the garage can accommodate one car. Additional cars can also be easily parked on the (very quiet) street outside the villa – this is a peaceful area. From the driveway, access is via the entrance gate and garden steps which lead up to the large terrace area, pool and villa entrance. The villa is built all on one level. It benefits from air conditioning throughout, videophone entry system,electric sunblind’s and mosquito nets on windows. The swimming pool is a 10m x 5m heated ‘infinity’ pool with easy entry steps and outside pool shower. Extensive pool terrace with spectacular sea views and ample space for ten people (or more). Inside the villa, the main living area comprises: large, dual aspect principal lounge (there are two internal lounges) with spectacular views over the bay of Moraira, well equipped modern kitchen, dining room and a second (TV / entertainment) lounge. Kitchens

Five bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom (shower or bath). There is also one additional cloakroom WC in the hallway outside the bedrooms.

Main (indoor) kitchen & utility room
The main kitchen (inside the villa) is adjacent to the dining area and lounge. This is an ultra modern kitchen with breakfast bar, polished stone work surfaces, double sink, ample storage space. dishwasher, five ring ceramic hob, oven plus combi-oven (microwave and classic oven), large American fridge with ice maker and a freezer. From the main kitchen there is access via patio doors to an outside kitchen (‘summer kitchen’), as well as an outside dining area and lounge and from there, to the large sun terrace and swimming pool. Just off the kitchen is an extremely useful utility room with a second fridge and freezer, a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Dining room
Spacious dining area with direct access to kitchen and direct access (via patio doors to right of dining table) to shaded, outside lounge and then to pool terrace. There are also patio doors leading from the kitchen to the outside lounge and pool terrace. The villa benefits from two kitchens and two dining areas. One inside (above left) and one outside (pictured further below on this page). Well equipped, interior modern kitchen with equally easy access to either the interior dining area or ... the covered, exterior dining area.
Main lounge
Comfortably furnished, light and spacious, the dual aspect lounge taking full advantage of breath-taking views over Moraira bay and the sea. The lounge also benefits from a feature fireplace with gas fire for added comfort during winter however it’s worth noting that the south facing aspect of this villa ensures maximum benefit (in all rooms) from the warmth of the sun during winter months. Note: The photos shown here were taken in the first week after the villa construction was finished. There were several finishing touches not in place then. I.E. some remaining small pieces of furniture and ornaments had yet to be purchased and therefore are not visible in these photos. Dual aspect, principal lounge with superb sea views and access to main terrace (with sea views) & side terrace (outside kitchen & outside lounge area). There are three lounge areas in total: the main lounge (above), a separate TV lounge and the outside lounge adjacent to the summer kitchen / dining area.
Bedrooms
Single beds are 90cm wide. Doubles are Super King size i.e. 1.8m wide. All five bedrooms have en suite facilities, air conditioning (hot and cold), electrically operated sun blinds, mosquito nets, spacious wardrobes (with shelves, overhead lockers and ample hanging space), bedside cabinets and side lamps. Note: the bedrooms can be configured as two double bedrooms & three twin bedrooms (or four / five twin rooms). (Please let us know the bed configuration you require when booking)

Villa Infiniti - secondary lounge
After passing through the main lounge one reaches the secondary (TV) lounge, with entertainment via Satellite TV, DVD, Radio, CD, iPod docking station & WIFI. The satellite TV has many European channels and can also be configured for some UK channels – if required, PLEASE request UK channels when booking.
