Superb location with sea views and located next to extensive, open countryside (National Park land) with sea views in background. A scenic, prestigious and peaceful location. Easy drive to Moraira centre and beaches. Detached, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite), private pool, Satellite TV (French channels) . Fully air conditioned (hot and cold) in all bedrooms and lounge. Separate central heating for winter lets. Sleeps six plus one on 'fold away bed' . This is a superb property, thoughtfully and comprehensively equipped, with loads of outside space, in a great (very tranquil) location (adjacent to National Park land) and with a real feeling of space. Location

This extremely well appointed property is in a private, peaceful location between the coastal towns of Moraira and Javea, situated near to the charming, traditional market town of Benitachell with its shops, restaurants and a superb supermarket (great fish, fruit and veg). Within walking distance (approx 10 to 15 minutes walk or a minute or two in the car) there is a supermarket, pharmacy and a couple of restaurants. The nearest major supermarket is approx three minutes drive (“Mas y Mas”), there is also a large new Mercadona supermarket slightly further on. The nearest beach, Playa Moraig is approx 3 mins drive - a beautiful beach known for good snorkelling due to the (usually!) clear water - it has car parking and in summer, a snack bar. Moraira centre with its beaches, shops, restaurants etc. is approximately 10 minutes with Javea being approximately the same distance in the other direction. This is a great location for a truly relaxing holiday, away from the crowds yet with very quick, easy access to a wide range of different locations.


General layout

All on the one level, this tastefully designed, luxuriously appointed villa is ideal for families with children or elderly relatives as there are no stairs inside or outside the house. Built in 2005, the villa provides genuine home comforts (this isn’t a “sparse” holiday home) including air-conditioning and central heating to all rooms In addition to cold ( or hot) air conditioning, there are also free standing fans available. Outside the property, there is an extensive private, gated garden area and large poolside terrace with al-fresco dining table, custom built BBQ, additional chairs, sun loungers and sun umbrellas. In addition to the sun umbrellas, the covered front terrace (naya) provide a very pleasant shaded area.

The poolside dining area has a large table seating nine people. The covered area of the terrace (naya / porch) area also benefits from another table with 4 chairs and a relaxing wicker sofa. The 10m x 5m swimming pool has easy entry ‘Roman Steps’ and is a good size allowing for a decent swim! There is also a separate, outside pool shower. There are ample sun beds, drinks tables and two parasols for the guests to use.

(In master bedroom, owners plan to instal double bed instead of two singles although this hasn't yet been bought at time of writing - please check b4 booking)

Large lounge with two comfortable leather sofas (one three seater accommodating up to four people and one two seater).
There is a third sofa which is often used in the naya! 32" , DVD and CD player. Dining area with large table, six dining chairs and fold away
