This location is just minutes drive from Moraira's award winning beaches and restaurants. As a complete contrast, the market town of Teulada with its charming shops, restaurants and farmers market is less than five minutes.

 

Breathtaking location  on the peak of a hill with uninterrupted panoramic views over the valley and bay of Moraira as well as rear views back over the valley inland to the mountains.

 

Sleeps four comfortably in two large bedrooms with (effective) ceiling fans. Master bedroom on ground floor (6 feet wide bed), twin room on 1st floor. The particular layout of this property also allows for a superb through breeze simply by opening the lounge patio doors as well as the back door by the kitchen (and upstairs terrace door!).

 

Well equipped kitchen, Comfortably furnished, large lounge. Separate dining terrace just off lounge. Lounge has (two sofas) with open fireplace and UK satellite TV, WiFi Internet, two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms. Linen and towels provided. Double glazing and central heating (extra charge) make this an excellent year round holiday choice.

 

The ground floor bathroom has WC, twin basins and shower.

The first floor bathroom has WC, basin and bath with shower.

 

Effective ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

 

A wide range of shops and excellent beaches. Valencia and Alicante airports are both approximately one hour's drive. Car recommended for this location.  
 

Good for those with restricted mobility as very few steps IE at the rear, only two steps from parking to back door. At the front, only two small steps down to garden path and two steps up to pool terrace. The pool is reached from the front sun terrace.

 

One of the acknowledged advantages of this location is the peace and quiet. It's a tranquil location with only eight properties and the pool conveniently located to the front of the properties. To respect that peaceful environment, guests are encouraged, after using the pool, to sunbathe etc. at their own terraces (only a few seconds walk from pool!).

Weekly rental prices include gas, electricity and water. Winter heating provided at small extra charge.
