1.5 km or three minute drive from Moraira town 
1.5 km walk to L'Ampolla beach (superb sandy beach - great for children). 1km walk to restaurants /bars or a very quick drive. Another well known scenic cove 'Algas' (great snorkelling) is approx. 1km walk from property.

Air conditioning in lounge (modest supplement - see prices page) , good fans for each bedroom and often a good through breeze when front & back doors open. The air con unit is a fairly powerful one and if bedroom doors are left open, some of the benefit from the lounge air con can also be felt in the bedrooms (as well as the fans in each bedroom).
