Picturesque, tranquil, convenient location renowned for its views and peaceful surrounds. Far reaching views over greenery and out to sea. Only minutes to Moraira and the beaches. This property is located in Castellons Vida, Moraira - an extremely scenic spot with tranquil, far reaching views (across orange and almond groves) to Moraira and onwards to the sea - see photos. A very picturesque setting with rural views (hills, vineyards, almond and olive groves) and sea views and importantly, only minutes to sea, shops and restaurants.

 

The location

Those who know the Moraira area well will already be familiar with the beautiful setting of Castellons Vida overlooking some of Moraira's orange and almond groves and onwards down to the sea. Their convenient location is a major advantage i.e. magnificent scenery, peaceful location, yet close to everything and even walkable (1.5km) to shops and bars.

Moraira and its beaches are approximately 5 to 7 mins drive from this location. Less than 2 minutes away is the charming market town of Teulada with weekly farmers market and traditional cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. Benitachell and Benissa are also very close by (approx. 3 and 5 minutes respectively). Castellons Vida combines a superb peaceful setting with easy quick access (on good quiet roads) to all main areas.

These properties are Villa Apartments i.e. they are not stand alone villas however they offer considerably more than an apartment in the sense that the building of which they form a part, comprises only two levels (an upper and a lower level property) and with an adjoining property to the side. Additionally, in terms of appearance, they are far more attractive than an apartment as they are low rise, low density and in a beautiful green setting. Each level of these properties (i.e. the upper or lower level) is cleverly stepped back (or forward) on the plot thus giving each a sense of independence from the other.

Set on sunny, quiet hillside with stunning close views over farmland towards nearby sea. There is a large communal pool with a separate toddlers pool as well as two tennis courts. Their great location gives equally easy access to Moraira, Teulada and Benitachell. Minutes drive from Moraira and a 15 minute walk from the charming market town of Teulada with its excellent variety of shops, bars and restaurants.

Outside the property is a (very) quiet access road enabling safe easy parking directly outside property.

 

Overview of property

This superb property is on the lower of two levels (there’s an upper and a lower level property) and is accessed via a few steps down the side of the building to the sun terrace and entrance door. The living room has a comfortable lounge, L-shaped dining area and a well-equipped American kitchen (with electric oven and gas hob) with Dishwasher.

The washing machine is in the utility room behind the kitchen. Gas central heating. Air conditioning (master bedroom and lounge) plus very effective ceiling fans throughout. Sun blinds fitted to windows to keep rooms cool. Insect screens on windows and doors.

- Bedroom 1 (master) with double bed, en-suite and private balcony. Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
- Large en-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath/shower over, WC, bidet.

- Linen and towels included, change of linen supplied for bookings over 1 week.

- Wonderful views from both bedrooms, private balcony to bedroom 1.

"Really enjoyed staying at your lovely property  - really well appointed / equipped. Don’t think we could ever tire of the amazing views of the from the terrace where we had lunch every day. We really enjoyed using the large pool 
and tennis courts only 50 or so metres away. In the afternoons we would drive to one of the amazing beaches The reality of the place was even nicer than the photos – we really liked the fact that the water was heated by solar panel and the boys appreciated the WiFi / Sky tv etc. All very comfortable – an easy place to relax.
