Large sunny terrace with beautiful, open views. Terrace accommodating external dining table, chairs & sunbeds. Terrace is approximately 20m2. This photo shows only approximately 40% of terrace. Terrace also has gas BBQ. Overlooking adjacent valley, pool & tennis courts. Balcony terrace also has very useful retractable sun canopy.

In addition to the balcony sun terrace there is a small, rear outside space with washing machine and for hanging / drying clothes etc.

Superb pool and tennis courts (small charge for courts). In summer there is a small cafe / bar on the poolside for refreshments and snacks. NOTE pool cafe/bar is due to be refurbished although no dates available yet - please check before booking if this cafe / bar is a critical factor for your holiday as it may be closed during refit. Pool sunbeds are available for rental from the bar/ cafe (nominal charge). Pool opening times are subject to seasonal timetable. (in quieter months of the year the communal pool complex may not be open). From the property, it's a one minute stroll to the pool along a private footpath.

Air conditioning(and ceiling fans) in all bedrooms and lounge - lounge with large corner sofa and flat screen TV  - bedrooms are accessed from corridor to right of kitchen.

Double bedroom with air conditioning, SuperKing size bed (6' wide 6'6" long) with memory foam mattress and fitted wardrobes. Superb views of the valley and the Sierra Bernia mountains beyond.
