Staircase leading down to double bedroom with en-suite & bath plus second double bedroom and one twin bedroom  - both these bedrooms with private sun balconies.  All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and very effective ceiling fans. Fully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower. Utility room (just off pool terrace), with washing machine, iron, ironing board & fridge for pool side drinks.
Note: There is a separate two bedroom house adjoining this three bedroom villa however, the separate two bedroom property remains empty  / unoccupied during your stay. 
 

Extensive outside space
Unlike many villas, VistaBuena provides a lot of outside space IE beyond simply the pool and the pool terrace. The extensive gardens provide lots of space for children (and adults!) to explore, play in or simply sit and read or enjoy a cool drink. This rare property is a far cry from the anonymous ‘clone villas’ on high density residential urbanisations. Situated in one of Moraira’s most prestigious locations. Those familiar with this particular area already know just how few rental properties are available there. (There is also a portable electric grill / hotplate). Coast / Beaches

The main beaches of Moraira and the lovely little bay at El Portet are just under five minutes away. Along the coast, there are spectacular beaches at Javea and Calpe plus lots of little coves and bays waiting to be explored.

Golf

There are two golf courses, nearby (Ifach and Javea).
