Extremely well presented, comfortably furnished, three bedroom villa with large garden area (with grassy area also), lots of outside space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, pool, very effective ceiling fans in all bedrooms, WiFi internet, UK satellite TV and roof terrace with sea views.  This is a ‘real’ family house – not just a ‘basic’ holiday villa. It benefits from useful home comforts such as dishwasher, large fridge freezer, two good bathrooms, sun blinds, insect screens on bedroom patio door and bedroom windows. Until recently, the owner lived in the house permanently but is moving to another house nearby so is offering the villa for summer holiday lets.

     

Sea views from large roof terrace easily accessed by steps from pool terrace. The house is on a large flat plot with garden areas and enclosed by border hedges and trees etc. Note: The photos on this page were taken in winter when no tree or flower bloom in sight and hedges had been severely cut back  / reduced in height. Extensive outside space / garden and has private parking for up to three cars. Only fifty metres from open countryside (National Park Land).

 

Some of the most dramatic coastal views on the entire Costa Blanca. The house is situated in an area where, near to the house (1 - 2 mins drive or 10 minutes walk ) there are some absolutely SPECTACULAR views of the sea and the entire Costa Blanca coastline between Moraira and Altea.

 

Within walking distance (approx 10 to 15 minutes walk or a minute or two in the car) - there is a supermarket, pharmacy and a couple of restaurants. The nearest major supermarket is approx three minutes drive (“Mas y Mas”), there is also a large new Mercadona supermarket slightly further on. The nearest beach, Playa Moraig is approx 3 mins drive. Moraira centre with its beaches, shops, restaurants etc. is approximately 10 minutes.
