Some of the most dramatic coastal views on the entire Costa Blanca. The house is situated in an area where, near to the house (1 - 2 mins drive or 10 minutes walk ) there are some absolutely SPECTACULAR views of the sea and the entire Costa Blanca coastline between Moraira and Altea.
Within walking distance (approx 10 to 15 minutes walk or a minute or two in the car) - there is a supermarket, pharmacy and a couple of restaurants. The nearest major supermarket is approx three minutes drive (“Mas y Mas”), there is also a large new Mercadona supermarket slightly further on. The nearest beach, Playa Moraig is approx 3 mins drive. Moraira centre with its beaches, shops, restaurants etc. is approximately 10 minutes.
