If rented as three bedroom, the lower level of the villa is always unoccupied.

 


This is an impressive property in a peaceful and very scenic location. For those who appreciate "location". It is not in an area full of holiday homes. This is a prestigious, peaceful, scenic location within easy reach of everything. Traditional Spanish style villa with two self contained, separate areas. One on upper level, one on lower level. A secluded property with beautiful private pool, pretty shaded garden and numerous spacious terraces. A great property for 2 families who want to holiday together but also want their own private space. Each bedroom in the main house (upper level) has it's own bathroom and french doors with a balcony/terrace. The lower level property has it's own kitchen and living area, 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. Located on the coast between Moraira and Calpe. "La Fustera" sandy beach only 1.5km away (uphill on the way back although perfectly do-able though!), plus a small supermarket which produces fresh croissants and bread each morning. Both Moraira and also Calpe are within an easy short drive.There are several centres for watersports (diving, sailing, waterskiing/wakeboarding). A great area with something to suit everyone.


Whilst there is no high chair for babies, there is a booster seat and other useful baby equipment can be supplied upon request. There is a pool slide for the children (max 50kg). (If this is an important feature for you please check it’s availability with us before booking). The property has air conditioning in all three bedrooms (modest supplement) on main level of house and mosquito nets at bedroom windows and ...very effective free standing fans.
 

Although this is actually a six bedroom property, it is often let as a three bedroom property with the additional, completely self contained three bedroom, lower level guest accommodation empty throughout your stay. If the lower guest apartment is required by your party  - for additional bedrooms - we can provide rental rates for that arrangement. The property is let as:

 

The area

As well as the local beach (Fustera) there are many more excellent sandy beaches five to ten mins by car with promenades full of bars, cafes and shops plus the pretty marina. The nearest towns are Moraira & Calpe boasting numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, street markets. Moraira is very pretty, with old cobbled streets and squares. There are excellent restaurants as well as some great bars set into the rocks on the way to Moraira where you can enjoy the sun setting over the ocean.The old town at the top of Calpe is a hidden treasure with it's old narrow cobbled streets. At the port you can see the fishermen bringing home their catch on a daily basis to be auctioned. Then stroll down to the yacht club within the marina and have a drink and admire the impressive boats moored there. Both towns offer some great street markets and various fiestas during the warmer months of the year creating great ambiance. Venture further towards Benidorm (45mins) for Terra Mitica theme park and AquaLandia.

Lovely relaxing holiday

stayed in August and had a wonderful 2 week stay. We went with another family so the fact that the upstairs mainhouse and studio apartment were completely self contained meant that each family had their own space if they wanted it. The property is decorated and furnished to a really nice standard and the kitchen (main house) was much better equipped than we had expected with good spec appliances which you don’t usually get from a rental property. The Nespresso coffee machine and cold water/ice maker from the fridge were a bonus! The downstairs studio is much smaller than the main house in terms of living space but not the bedroom sizes and the shower rooms are really modern too. It still had a dishwasher and coffee machine (hooray no washing up!). The outside areas were just beautiful with the terraces and gardens plus the amazing views out to sea and the mountains at the rear. The pool area is totally private and because you are quite high up no one else can overlook you. There were lots of pine trees to the side of the house which provided shade on one of the terraces, and a walled garden at the rear with a built in BBQ as well as another one on wheels at the front. There were a toys and books for the kids including a Game Cube console and even a DVD library, Internet broadband is provided so you can check your emails etc. We really enjoyed the local beaches and hundreds of restaurants in Calpe and Moraira but most of all I think we enjoyed coming home from a meal out, putting the kids to bed and having a glass of wine on the terrace and looking at that sea view lit up by the moon – priceless! This property is a real home from home and I would highly recommend this property for families, couples and groups. It’s well priced and we’ll definitely be going again.

Great value holiday for all the family

Great holiday accomodation for family of 6 including 4 teenagers. Pictures of accomodation don't do it justice we felt. It's clean, well equipped, well maintained in a beautiful location. Completely private with fab views but with access to local beach, supermarkets, a few bars and cafes, watersport activities. Would recommend a car to get to Calpe, Moraira, Altea, Javea, and all the activities (teenagers loved it!). But easy to walk to beach, bars.Spoke to owners and emailed so got good honest info before going. We wanted a mid-week clean and advice on buses and the neighbour who maintains the property was friendly and on-hand to help. I would thoroughly recommend this property to other families as a great time was had by all. Activities we enjoyed/recommend: Altea (for atmosphere, ambience, and art lovers) , Fuentes del Algas (waterfalls - beautiful!) , Moraira (food, drink, beaches, marina, festivals) ,Calpe (Old Town well worth a visit) , Comix (night club on way to Calpe) , Algas & Cafe del Mar (The Meeting Point) great cocktails, watching the sunset and all night drinking (4.30am!), Calpe beach - miles of clean sandy beach with great prominades and activities for kids including jet skis and pedelo's.

Comfortable accomodation with amazing pool area

Stayed once before and have just been again this month. The accomodation is to a good standard. All new bathrooms, kitchen, comfortable beds (thank goodness!).  Simple and comfortable tastes. The poolside and outside areas were really nicely done and the view down to the sea is stunning. We loved going out in the evening to Moraira for good food and atmosphere. Good value for something so private and accessible to all amenities"
