Set on the peak of a hill with uninterrupted panoramic views over the valley and bay of Moraira as well as rear views back over the valley inland to the mountains. Sleeps four very comfortably in two large bedrooms (one en suite). The villa is part of a small, exclusive development of only eight houses.  It has the end of terrace position thus benefits from it's own private landscaped rear / side garden. The property enjoys complete panoramic views inland, out to sea and to mountains. Exceptional views.


Rare property in terms of location . Certainly not 'run of the mill'. Well equipped kitchen; large living / dining room with English satellite TV; Internet (If this is an essential facility for you, please check availability before booking),  two extremely spacious twin bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom and direct access to sun terrace); further bathroom; large basement with washing machine and full laundry facilities. Linen and towels provided. Double glazing and central heating (extra charge) make this an excellent year round holiday choice.  The en-suite bathroom has toilet, twin basins and a bath with shower.  The second bathroom has toilet, basin and shower.


Ceiling fan in main bedroom.  Free standing fan in other room. This property also benefits from a good through breeze when both front and rear doors left open! Swimming pool (with separate children’s area) shared with only seven other houses. In addition to an extensive community garden, the villa has its own private garden (great for sunbathing). and extensive terraces. Shops and excellent beaches nearby.  From the private parking area, a short set of steps leads down to the rear garden area and from there another short (and we do mean "short") set of steps up to the entrance door. The pool is reached by going down the steps leading from bedroom and lounge terrace to the garden area, then from your garden area a set up steps lead up to the pool area  French doors leading from master bedroom to terrace. The lower level of the house is empty except for your washing machine. The private garden area is to the front and also to the side and rear of house. The pool is reached by going down the steps leading from terrace (off bedroom and lounge) to your garden area, then from your garden area a similar set of steps lead up to the pool area.


One of the acknowledged advantages of this location is the peace and quiet. It's a tranquil location with only eight properties and the pool conveniently located to the front of the properties. To respect that peaceful environment, guests are encouraged, after using the pool, to sunbathe etc. at their own terraces or garden area (only a few seconds walk from pool!).

To the front of the house, stunning, far reaching sea views and to the rear, a superb rural backdrop to the mountains. Beaches are between five and ten minutes depending on which beach you prefer.  Panoramic views from both the property and the pool. Sun terrace (dramatic, sweeping views of the bay) accessed direct from master bedroom. Swimming pool with separate toddler’s pool. Pool terrace with exceptional views of the bay.  Beautiful local beaches within easy reach of property. Light and airy bedrooms. Master bedroom leading onto terrace and superb sea views. Lounge, open fire, front terrace accessed from lounge or master bedroom. Master bedroom ensuite with bath and shower over. Separate family bathroom. Private garden area (with grass) and with spectacular views looking over beautiful countryside and also to sea. Five minutes to nearest beach sea and also the beautiful countryside. The private garden area is to the front and side of house.  Beautiful country lanes (leading to orange groves, almond groves and farms) only five minutes walk from villa. Valencia and Alicante airports are both one hour's drive.
