Overview
Private pool. Great views. Particularly tranquil location yet extremely close to Moraira’s beaches, marina and best restaurants. Genuinely walkable to supermarket and a restuarant / bar. Approx five mins easy, flat, drive to beach. WiFi, Satellite TV optional cold / hot air conditioning all rooms except bathroom. Room fans also. Ficus enjoys far reaching views across vineyards towards the beautiful coastal town of Moraira. There is a large private pool set in beautiful gardens. The award winning, family friendly beaches of Moraira (approx 5 minutes), El Portet, Calpe and Javea are all nearby. The villa is ten minutes from three superb golf courses. This house is well extremely well positioned in a quiet, mature and prestigious location - not a high density ‘holiday complex’. In addition to your own private pool, guests also have use of a superb communal pool nearby (plus separate toddler pool) and tennis court complex 400 metres / 5 minutes walk away. (Note: this communal pool may not be available this year - however you do have your own private pool)

Moraira
Moraira is an ideal destination for a traditional Spanish holiday, far removed from modern built up resorts. This small coastal town is large enough to offer several Michelin starred restaurants, several excellent Tapas bars and traditional al fresco dining by the Marina, where seafood and fish are landed daily. The town's excellent and award winning three sandy beaches are spotlessly clean, with changing facilities, open air showers and Life guards. Villa Ficus is also only a 5 minute stroll from a very large, lifeguard maintained, child friendly pool and excellent Tennis courts,which you are welcome to use, or ...just relax by the Villa's own secluded pool. There are 3 good golf courses nearby, with Javea Golf Club being the best.
