This villa enjoys a wonderful location between the azure Mediterranean seas of the Costa Blanca, the vineyards surrounding Moraira and the majestic mountains beyond, This villa is a very good choice for those seeking a comfortable, private haven away from the high-rise bustle of the tourist trail and within easy (flat / level ten minute ) walking distance of Moraira, its beaches and the marina. The property stands in substantial and secluded grounds and commands superb forward views onto vineyards and some side views to sea. Other features include private swimming pool, sunny and shaded terraces and paved car parking.

The villa is situated opposite vineyards with views across to the sea and Moraira in one direction and a view to the mountains in the other.
