Villa Niel, Moraira, three bedrooms  

 

This villa occupies a well deserved position at the top end of the luxury villa market and provides a level of quality lacking in many supposedly top-end holiday villas. While there are many properties available at lower rental rates than this particular villa, there are few which can match the standards and the value for money which this property provides. Within easy reach of beaches & shops, air con, satellite, heated pool, Sea views from terrace.

Prestigious location. Very few holiday rentals in this specific area. Add to that, quality and attention to detail and you have Villa Niel - a welcome alternative to the 'mass-market' villas .

Substantial, detached luxury villa (we wouldn't use the word 'luxury' lightly). Located in one of Moraira's most prestigious and peaceful areas. This is not some densely populated, 'holiday home' location. It's a quiet, prestigious area where most houses are occupied by permanent residents.

Good location at the lower edge of a prestigious wooded area. Walking distance to nearest bar (0.6km), restuarant (1.0 km) and baker /delicatessan/ restaurant (1.2km). Nearest large supermarket 1.5 mins. in car. Short, flat, easy, direct drive to town, beaches, more shops and restuarants.

Quick easy drive to beaches, shops and restaurants. Pool terrace aspect is to the southwest for maximum sun and views across the valley down to the sea.

The villa

230sqm detached property on two levels. Sleeps six People in three double bedrooms. A luxury villa finished and furnished to an exceptionally high standard and arranged over two floors.

The first (top) floor has a master suite with private balcony and king size bed (6 foot / 1.8m). This master suite has views over the vineyards down the valley to the sea. Bedroom two is situated on the ground floor with large double doors opening out onto the pool terrace and has a double bed. Bedroom three also has double doors opening on to the pool terrace and two single beds. Beds have been upgraded to 'comfort' mattresses. All bedrooms have air conditioning and very effective central heating radiators. This property is well insulated thus central heating is very effective in winter whilst in summer, rooms maintain a lovely cool feel. The dual aspect kitchen is equipped to an extremely high standard with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, large number of traditional solid oak units and granite tops with all windows having views of the sea and valley. There is a separate utility room with a washer/drier, water softener and washing line. The open plan lounge/dining room has three sets of patio doors, which open out onto the covered terrace and pool terrace.
 

The surroundings

The villa is in a (very) quiet residential road and is approached through electrically operated gates leading to large driveway, with carport and parking for three cars. There is a well tended garden to three sides of the property with palms and shrubs. The pool terrace is to the southwest of the property for maximum sun and across the valley then down to the sea. In addition to the sea, one can see the landmark Peñon D'Ifach rock and also the Sierra Bernia mountain range from both terraces.  


Around and about

It's a short, easy, flat drive (approx 2.5km / 5 minutes or less) to the pretty town of Moraira which is home to one of the most renowned fish markets in the region. There is good supply of boutiques,cafes, a wide choice of restaurants, which include two-star Michelin restaurants, a fabulous marina and a selection of sandy beaches. A traditional weekly market takes pace every Friday morning, which offers a wide range of clothing, textiles, leather goods, jewellery and exceptional fruit, flowers and vegetables. There is also a supermarket and a cafe/bar within easy reach of the villa I.E. 2 mins or less in car.
