This property unashamedly targets the top end of the luxury villa market and while it could never be described as cheap, the rental rates offer real value for money in terms of the overall package i.e. air conditioning in all areas, two 'super-king' double beds and a private, heated infinity pool(11x5m excluding the "Roman" end section. Exterior
The Villa is approached by entering through tall double wooden electric gates which open onto a long steep drive. Halfway down the drive you come a large front door on your right (ramp access) and further down, the foot of the drive leads around to the side of the villa where a tandem garage (electric door naturally) and a car port can be found. The car port is ideal for parking the car during the day to keep it in the shade without having to put it completely. The garden leads into the patio which spreads across the whole of the rear of the Villa with fabulous views across the countryside and the sea. The patio is set on two levels with ramp
access.
Ground Floor
Entry through widened large wooden front door (accessed via sloping driveway suitable for wheelchair access) you enter into a large marble hallway with views straight into the lounge and swimming pool beyond. The right of the hallway leads to two bedrooms, cloakroom and a shower room and the left leads to two sets of stairs. One leads up to the master suite and the other down to the other two bedrooms and a shower room. The hall houses the entry phone system, alarm and a radiator.
Ground floor - kitchen
Modern shaker style kitchen complete with a small breakfast bar and three stools. A large number of kitchen cupboard units complemented by granite work surfaces. All mod cons are available with a four burner gas hob, single ovenand fridge freezer. There is a double sink and a dishwasher. A small utility room off the kitchen houses a boiler, another sink and washing machine.
Ground floor - dining room
Spacious dining area with direct access to kitchen and direct access via dining room patio doors (to right of dining table) leading to shaded terrace and then to pool terrace. THere are also patio doors direct from the lounge to pool terrace and also from one of the bedrooms on this ground floor. In total there are three sets of patio doors leading to the pool on this ground floor level - dining room, lounge and bedroom.
Ground floor - lounge
The spacious lounge is approached through a large archway and is home to a light leather three piece suite. The two main focal points are the feature fireplace and the double patio doors with lead out onto the terrace with spectacular views out over the pool and surrounding countryside. Entertainment is available through Satellite TV, video and Hi-Fi system. Radiator.
Ground floor - bedroom two
A double bedroom with double patio doors and views over the garden, patio and swimming pool. A four-door wardrobe complete with hanging space, shelves and overhead lockers provides more than enough storage space. There are two, three-drawer bedside cabinets with lamps plus a six drawer chest. Electric blinds and radiator. While this room does have wide door access it's impractical for a wheelchair user in this room givne limitations on space.
Ground floor - bedroom three
A twin bedroom found at the end of the corridor accessed via an extra wide door making it suitable for wheelchair access. A side window with pull down blinds provides view out over the patio and garden. A four-door wardrobe complete with hanging space, shelves and overhead lockers provides more than enough storage space. There is also a two-drawer bedside cabinet with lamp. Radiator.
Ground floor - shower room
This shower room on the right is accessed by an extra wide door making it suitable for wheelchair access. There is a large shower, bidet and a heated towel rail. Radiator. N.B. Although there is wide access door frame, there are no dedicated facilities for disabled guests in the shower room however, a wheelchair user is able to to shower while seated in wheelchair.
First floor - master bedroom suite
The master suite is accessed via a spiral marble staircase up to the first floor of the house. On entering the suite you appreciate the brightness afforded to this room by the two sets of patio doors that open out on to a huge private balcony with wonderful views out over the pool, the surrounding countryside and the sea . Leading from the bedroom is a large Dressing Room housing the wardrobes including a safety deposit box.
First floor - dressing room and en suite bathroom
Accessed from bedroom is a large Dressing Room housing the wardrobes including a safety deposit box. Large marble bathroom with twin basins, WC, extra large bath and overhead shower.
Lower ground floor - bedroom four
